2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
2.1 Pepe manufacture and sell wooden garden furniture - garden swings, seats, chairs benches, tables, recliners, sunbeds (the Products) and assemble and paint the same (the Services).
2.2 The Products are supplied in component form with full instructions and fittings for assembly by the customer. By agreement, assembly can be completed by our staff for which there is an additional charge and must be booked and paid for in advance of delivery.
2.3 Products may vary slightly from their pictures. Because the images of the Products in marketing publicity are for illustrative purposes only, your product may vary slightly from those images.
3. E-COMMERCE ONLINE PURCHASES
3.1 This website and e-commerce facility does not constitute an offer. Prices are subject to change without notice. Our acceptance of your order will be when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
3.2 If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you and will not charge you for the Product.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 Delivery charges are shown below and are calculated at the online check out on the basis of delivery to UK mainland address. Please contact us for a custom quotation for delivery to Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands, the Republic of Ireland and other destinations overseas.
4.2 Ordinarily, deliveries are made by third party couriers and carriers. Once dispatched from our warehouse, the delivering courier will contact you directly to confirm a date for delivery and will endeavour to provide a time slot along with courier tracking information. Not everything to do with the performance of third party couriers is in our control but we will work with you to make the whole experience as smooth as possible.
4.3 For larger furniture deliveries, we use a specialist third-party courier service known as our White Glove Service. With our White Glove Service, the delivery team will transport your furniture beyond the kerbside and place it in your garden or outdoor area of choice, provided there is safe and suitable access. They will also remove and dispose of all transit packaging, including the pallet, so you won’t need to arrange disposal yourself. Please note that clear and safe access to the delivery location must be available to ensure the team can complete the service safely.
4.4 It is the customer's responsibility to check the delivery for any damages that may have occurred in transit. Also check that all items you have ordered are included in the delivery. If your item has been damaged in transit do not sign for the delivery, as this nullifies our ability to make a claim against the courier.
4.5 Our expectation is that you will normally receive your goods within a week of placing an order. We will let you know if this is not possible.

6.1 Pepe allows users to upload, share or provide their own content to this Application.
6.2 By providing content to this Application, Users confirm that they are legally allowed to do so and that they are not infringing any statutory provisions and/or third-party rights.
6.3 Users acknowledge and accept that by providing their own content to this Application they grant Pepe a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid-up and royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual (or for the entire protection term), sub-licensable and transferable license to use, access, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, process into derivative works, broadcast, stream, transmit or otherwise exploit such content to provide and promote its Service in any media or manner.

7.1 The online store is currently programmed to calculate a freight charge according to the total weight of the order as follows:
