Care Home Ordering Process
All of our products are available for sale to care home group members. You will find the relevant product codes on each product page in the accordion list. It is important that you do not use our website to place orders as this will circumvent your buying group benefits. Use instead your internal procurement procedures. Note that Pepe Furniture protector is included with all wooden furniture items.
After You Order
After we receive your purchase order, we will contact you with details of the next steps. We use third party couriers and carriers, and the appointed carrier will be instructed to arrange the delivery with you. Full assembly instructions and maintenance advice will be provided. Additionally, we will include you on our care home specific mailing list in order to provide you with timely advice on looking after your investment in our furniture.
Looking After Your Furniture
The furniture may be left outside all year round replacing the natural moistures during the winter months that are drawn from the wood during the summertime. In this way you will benefit from the extra use of the products in fair weather outside the normal summer season. The factory pressure treatment applied prevents wood rot for 20 years or more. The timber only requires a general feed with wood preservative every two to three years to prevent drying out.
Don't forget the cushions!
Cushions, in a range of modern colours, are available for most Pepe chairs and benches as well as for our garden swings. Cushion Fabrics are Olefin (100% polyester) as soft as cotton drill but also non rot, non fade and non mildew. Cushion fabrics are for outdoor use only. The filling is polyester fibre which does not hold water allowing it to dry quickly. The cushions can also be dry cleaned, and spots can be washed with warm soapy water and rinsed by hose.
