IS YOUR FURNITURE SUSTAINABLE?
Sustainability is at the core of our business and is reflected in everything we do. We recognize that every action we take carries both economic and environmental costs. Together, we strive to better understand and minimize these impacts. Sustainability means not only achieving economic success—ensuring our long-term viability—but also being mindful of our environmental footprint by increasing product longevity, reducing waste, and consuming fewer resources and less energy.
CAN I BUY CUSHIONS?
All our outdoor furniture has been designed to be comfortable without the need for cushions, however we have created a full range of bespoke cushions perfectly designed to fit our furniture, available in 8 colours. The cushion fabric is Olefin (100% polyester), it is as soft as cotton drill and is non-rot, non-fade and fully resistant to mildew. The filling is polyester fibre which does not hold water allowing it to dry quickly. Spots can be washed with warm soapy water and rinsed by hose or if needed the cushion can be dry cleaned.
CAN THE GARDEN FURNITURE REALLY BE LEFT OUTSIDE ALL YEAR?
Yes, all of our wooden garden furniture pieces are made with materials that can remain outside all year long, in rain, snow and sun.
Our exclusive Cushions are resilient enough to withstand unexpected downpours and most stains, but we would recommend storing inside through heavier periods of rain.
DOES THE OUTDOOR FURNITURE HAVE A WARRANTY?
All wooden pieces of Pepe Garden Furniture come with a 5-year warranty. Our care and maintenance guide can help to extend the lifetime of a piece. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, negligence, accidents, abuse or exposure to extreme climatic conditions. Our cushions, canopies and parasols all come with a 1 year warranty.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?
If an item is in stock, we aim to deliver within a week of ordering. Lead times may vary for pieces that are currently out of stock, but this is clearly marked on each product page individually.
For our cushions and canopies, if the availability shows zero, you may still select your preferred colour and place your order. Your cushion will be made to order and sent directly to you. Please note that this process can take up to fourteen days.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we can deliver Internationally to everywhere in Europe. We have a French Pepe Online Store, and it is possible to ship further afield from there. Please visit our French shop www.pepegarden.fr for more information. If you are outside of France in Europe, you will require a custom shipping quote once you have decided what you would like, please call us or use the chat function on the website to discuss.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery cost is dependent on the size and weight of the products ordered. This is calculated for you to see at checkout, or you can find more in ourshipping terms. Please get in touch for more information.
HOW IS THE OUTDOOR FURNITURE DELIVERED?
We deliver the majority of our UK mainland orders using our premium palletized service to ensure the best protection possible for your furniture.Our deliveries will be taken from the pallet to your preferred location at your request within the property, with some minor exceptions which you will see in your confirmation email, and the pallet will be removed should you wish. For some smaller items which do not require palletized shipping, we use a premium courier service to make deliveries.
MY HOUSE IS DIFFICULT TO GET TO, WILL THAT BE AN ISSUE?
We can deliver anywhere. In terms of road access, our palletized goods are usually delivered in large lorries, if your property is difficult to access, we would recommend giving us a call or using the chat function on the website to discuss prior to ordering as we can request smaller vans to be used instead.
WHERE CAN I FIND ALL THE DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHTS OF THE FURNITURE AND OTHER PRODUCTS?
Most of the dimensions and weights for our pieces can be found on the product pages under the Dimensions tab. If you cannot find a certain measurement, please contact us for more information.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM MY NEAREST SHOWROOM?
Collection is currently only available from our showroom in Devon, where our staff will help you load your vehicle. We kindly ask that one day’s notice is given prior to your arrival, and collection can only be made for items in stock. The option to collect is not available at checkout and so please call us or use the chat function on the website to make your order.
DO YOU HAVE SHOWROOMS WHERE I CAN SEE THE OUTDOOR FURNITURE IN PERSON?
Yes, our showrooms are based at our Devon headquarters near Dartmouth or alternatively you can visit our show site at Preston Bissett Nurseries and Country Store in Buckinghamshire. You can find more information here.
WHERE IS YOUR OUTDOOR FURNITURE MADE?
All our outdoor furniture is made by skilled craftsmen at our workshop in Finland.
WHERE ARE YOUR CUSHIONS MADE?
All of our cushions are made by skilled machinists here in the UK at our Devon headquarters.
CAN THE OUTDOOR FURNITURE BE LEFT OUTSIDE ALL YEAR?
Yes, our outdoor furniture is fine to be left outside all year. If you have any concern about leaving it outside during the winter, we are able to make covers which will help to protect it against the elements. Additionally, we offer an aftercare service which helps to keep your furniture in the best condition.
CAN I BUY PROTECTIVE COVERS?
Yes, we are able to make protective covers for your Pepe Garden furniture. Each cover is bespoke and perfectly designed to fit our furniture, available in 5 colours. You can find them here.

DOES THE OUTDOOR FURNITURE NEED TO BE TREATED?
All our outdoor furniture is pressure treated as part of the production process. Protector should be applied, however, and we provide enough protector to do this with each piece of furniture purchased. At regular intervals, depending on its location, the furniture should be cleaned and treated with our protector, should you need more it can be ordered here.
HOW DOES THE OUTDOOR FURNITURE PERFORM IN COASTAL ENVIRONMENTS?
Slow grown Scandinavian Redwood such as the wood used to make all Pepe Garden products, performs better than most other types of timber, however, we recommend regularly giving your outdoor furniture a wash and using protective covers when the outdoor furniture is not in use to ensure the best performance.
CAN I SET THE FURNITURE ON GRASS?
Setting our furniture on a lawn for the short term is absolutely fine, but after a period of time you do need to protect the legs. For a swing the important thing is to set a slab or slate on a level plane under each leg. The key is to avoid having the legs of the furniture stand on wet damp grass for long periods as this can over time affect the longevity of the wood.
CAN I HANG A SWING SEAT FROM A PERGOLA, TREE OR PORCH?
Yes, providing the structure is of sufficient strength and quality, it’s a lovely option to hang a swing seat from one. One thing we can never guarantee is that the tree or structure will be strong enough, this is down to you. We can provide our swing seats as seats only with adequate chains for you to hang them as required. 2 Seats can be found here. 3 Seats can be found here. Yes, we offer a range of spare parts for our products. Availability may vary depending on the item, but we’re happy to assist you in finding the part you need.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY?
Unwanted Items – Return Within 14 Days You may return goods within 14 days of receipt without any reason. You then have 14 more days to arrange the return. You can organize the return yourself, or we may assist with collection. Refunds will cover the purchase cost (excluding delivery and any collection fees, if applicable).
Faulty Items – Return Within 30 Days If your item is faulty, please contact us—we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. You may return faulty goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, including delivery and return costs.
Faults After 30 Days Our products are covered by a guarantee against manufacturing defects. If a fault arises, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).

WILL THE FURNITURE CHANGE OVER TIME?
Wood is a living, natural material that evolves over time. Exposure to sunlight, air, and moisture causes the colour to change, often developing a silvery-grey finish. This natural ageing process varies depending on the wood type and environment.
As the wood adjusts to temperature and humidity changes, small cracks or "shakes" may appear. These are a normal part of the wood's natural movement and do not affect its strength or durability.
These natural changes add character and uniqueness to each piece, making it truly one of a kind.
Our products are pressure-treated to enhance durability, which may leave small marks or surface blemishes. These are a normal part of the treatment process and will fade over time as the wood weathers naturally.
