Returns and Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your issue.
Your Right to Return Goods within Fourteen Days of Receipt
You may exercise your right to cancel without any reason, within fourteen days of receipt. You then have a further fourteen days to arrange for the return of the goods to us. You may organise the return of the goods yourself, or we may be able to arrange for the goods to be collected. Once we have received the goods we will then refund you the purchase cost, excluding any freight delivery cost, and less any cost of the collection and return that we may have organised on your behalf.
Your Right to Return Faulty Goods within Thirty Days of Receipt
In the event that goods are faulty, then we would very much like the opportunity to put things right, and please contact us so that we can do our very best.
You do have a right to return faulty goods within thirty days of receipt and if you wish to do this please let us know and we will organise for the goods to be collected, or in the case of smaller items ask you to send them to us. Once we have received the goods then we will cheerfully refund the cost of the goods including the cost of delivery and the cost of the goods being returned to us.
When we make a refund it will generally be by the same means, as in the original payment. For example credit card, bank transfer.
If You Discover a Fault after Thirty Days of Receipt
Yours goods are covered by our guarantee against faults in manufacture and workmanship including any significant material defects. We will work with you to correct the fault and hopefully you will be quickly ready to swing again!
